Through the Creative Fuse Tees Valley project, Masters students at Teesside University can take part in a fully funded placement scheme, working with some of the region’s leading businesses and freelancers in the industry.
Taking place over a four-week period, the short schemes provide a great opportunity to gain an insight into a career that you’re interested in, while equipping you with the experience and skills that you need to confidently step out into an increasingly challenging job market.
Not only that, you’ll also be able to put your learning into practice, develop your technical skills and competencies, improve your communication skills and overall, become more employable.
Yes, this is an ERDF fully-funded scheme in which you will receive the living wage for the full four-week period that you’re working.
Placements are likely to take place online with remote working, however some may require travel across the Tees Valley, subject to contractual agreement.
Alongside the industry experience, you will receive a guided supervision experience that allows time to reflect and evaluate key skills and development with academic experts in the field.
